Our Licensed Physical Therapists

Taylor AndradePT, DPT Executive Director

Hi! I am Taylor Andrade, an Arizona native and UofA Wildcat for life!

I serve people with orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, and vestibular (balance) challenges who are looking to get back to the things in life that mean the most. After completing my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California, I moved to Denver, CO where I started my career and completed my board certification in Orthopedics (OCS). Over the years of working with patients with complex medical histories and pain, I’ve learned the importance of treating the whole person. I love to partner with patients to help them understand their bodies and road to recovery.

My goal for Pima Physical Therapy is to bring expert level care and support to our community with personalized one-on-one treatments. When you schedule your care with me, you will never be double booked or passed off to a technician or assistant. Your time is important and so is your health!

When I am out of the clinic I love to travel with my family, discover new restaurants in town, exercise, and spend time with those who mean the most to me. I am excited to meet you and look forward to helping you on your journey to a happier, healthier life.

Carolyn SelbyPhysical Therapist

Welcome to Pima Physical Therapy! My name is Carolyn Selby, and I look forward to joining
your healthcare team. Together, we will work toward your goals of enhanced health and mobility
so you can live life to the fullest. Our goal at Pima Physical Therapy is to listen, treat you as a
whole person (not a body part), and provide expert level care with a personalized one-on-one
treatment approach. We know your time and health are important, so at Pima Physical Therapy
you will receive one-on-one care and never be double booked.

With more than thirty years of experience, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with
a focus on Physical Therapy from California State University, Northridge, followed by a
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences.
I am a board-certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS), having passed the APTA (American
Physical Therapy Association) board examination in Orthopedics in 2013 and again in 2023. I
have experience treating individuals with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular
diagnoses, chronic pain, and pelvic disorders.

I moved to Tucson with my family in 2019. Outside of the clinic I enjoy spending time
with family and friends, walking my dogs, and hiking. I love learning from my clients,
including their past experiences, their knowledge of the local area and traditions, and
the best restaurants to try.
