At this time, we accept traditional stand-alone Medicare plans only (not Medicare supplement plans). We also offer a self-pay option.

If you do NOT have Medicare:

Our self-pay model is designed to provide a level of personalized care. As a concierge-style practice, every appointment is one-on-one with your doctor, allowing for dedicated time, individualized treatment plans, and a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes.

Unlike many traditional clinics, you will never be passed off to an aide or spend your session on machines with minimal supervision. Every visit is centered around hands-on care, expert guidance, and meaningful time with your physician.

If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company for a portion of your treatment costs. You can contact your insurance provider directly to learn about your out-of-network coverage, reimbursement rates, and any applicable deductibles.

For added convenience, we also partner with Reimbursify, making it simple to submit claims for reimbursement on your behalf. If you’d like assistance, we’re happy to collect your insurance information and verify your out-of-network benefits before you begin care.
